Review on πŸ”³ Noctua NF-A9x14 HS-PWM chromax.Black.swap: Premium Quiet Slim Fan (92x14mm, Black) by Rob Marsh

Horrible mid-range howling sound

which I used in my NCASE M1. I have a Noctua NH-U9S air cooler and wanted to place this fan on the back of the case to act as a rear air intake and bring fresh air into the cooler. I was excited to use them as I wanted a black fan and I heard they are quiet. They are not silent at all. As soon as I turned everything on, that fan started making that horrible mid-range whine. I bought two of these fans so I replaced the current fan with another thinking I had a bad fan. No, it made the same horrible noise. Disabled the fan and my case went very quiet, the only other fan was the Noctua NH-A9 fan that comes with the air cooler. Plugged the fan back in and tried to deal with the noise but I couldn't take it so I removed the fan. The NCASE M1 sits right next to me on my desk so I wanted a quiet build which is why I chose Noctua. These fans turned out to be super disappointed.
