Review on TORCHSTAR Downlight Integrated Recessed Junction by Cody Cobbs

As contractors we install hundreds of recessed lighting every year. I used a different version of this light from the same company. It was good light, good colored light, no problem. When ordering a new work, the lighting used earlier was not available and appeared as an option. installed 8, had to return the rest. I have a bad feeling we're going to get back to work replacing the installed units. I start with the good - it shines. Bad - plastic box j, very small for everything but 2 wires, no ground. Lots of issues when using with a dimmer, even 2 different manufacturers have declared compatible dimmers. Flat lens, not very pretty appearance.
