They were recommended by the moms on the blog but to be honest they're not very good. Super weak compared to the ones that come with the Specter pump and definitely doesn't suck as well when in use. When every drop counts, that lower quality makes a big difference to a child. They also have a much shorter lifetime than spectra. I found myself throwing them out and replacing them with a platypus after only two weeks. Rather pay more for a better product.
