I needed a basic, larger monitor for a workstation I was setting up. It seemed like a great option. It was under $200 and while it wasn't 4k it was definitely HD and high enough resolution for what I needed. The box isn't very big, and the monitor itself was packaged fairly well. The manufacturer did a great job with the packaging. The actual setup is pretty easy. Simply take the device out of the box, plug it into your power supply, and then connect it to your computer via HDMI or DisplayPort. The monitor can be tilted, which is a nice touch, and it has a headphone jack. The monitor has a matte finish to reduce glare. For a 27-inch display, the 1920 x 1080 resolution looks pretty decent. In any case, this is not surprising, but it is completely sufficient for everyday computer needs. I'm sure it's great for gaming, but I don't use that aspect of the display very often. A higher refresh rate is good even for basic tasks as you get a smoother experience compared to a lower refresh rate. Cool light effects on the back which is red. Overall I am very happy with my use. Good price. Cool design and works well for my needs.
