Great customer communication tool with very good support

This app allows me to interact directly from my phone without having to go through an agent or call center employee! It's easy for both parties (customer & client) as well as it saves time when communicating via text/video chat instead of calling your local office or speaking face to face.

The only thing that I dislike about this software is how long there are delays sometimes while trying to connect our devices together even after sending each other files before connecting. We use this application at work where we assist clients by providing services such as plumbing repairs and home inspections so they can get back into working order quickly once again.
