I had some difficulties with my original order and this company went out of their way to make it right, even going so far as to send me a brand new dress for free! I was impressed with their customer service. The dress itself is beautiful, my 7 year old daughter loves to dress up and it looks a lot like a princess. The tip is quite soft, does not rub hands. The brooch attached to the belt is very shiny in the light but must be handled with care as it will break if stepped on or picked up. We removed the belt loop as it stuck out quite a bit and didn't even hold the belt. We ended up using tape to attach the waistband to the dress and hold it in place. Overall it's decent quality for the price and their service has made me a happy customer.
