I have used this software since it was released in 2012, we are currently using version 5 as well (since 2014).
The tool is very easy to learn by anyone who has basic computer skills but if you want something more advanced there's always training available through their website or support team! Nothing yet - they're still working out some kinks with regards customer service so far everything seems fine though :) We use Akooaba primarily because its free compared other similar tools that cost money which can be prohibitively expensive when your budget doesn't allow much spending outside office supplies/office equipment etc..
