This is my first shapewear piece and I was so hesitant to buy it but it is absolutely amazing. It is comfortable yet adds the compression to actually suck you in and smooth everything. I got the thong version and the clasp between your legs you don’t even know it’s there. I am 5’6 180lbs I got a small medium because I wanted more compression. If you want it to just smooth everything out get your actual size if you want more results size down. I promise it will fit.
