This handbag is adorable ♥️. It's the perfect size for me, fits in my wallet, my phone, him and a liquid lipstick or two and a little more. It doesn't look or feel expensive, it's clearly polyurethane as at first glance it looks like a plastic skin. You will not deceive anyone. The thing is, I don't mind. All of my wallets were in the $200+ range and I really needed something to throw on the ground and wear in the rain. This handbag meets these requirements and is very cute. So 4 starts out as a great budget wallet. The only reason I don't give it a 5 is that the quality is lacking, just blemishes. But hey, at such a low price, who can complain. Tip: I leaned my purse against the wall with my ears propped against the wall for 3 nights and they perked up perfectly.
