I got this as a light rain jacket because of all the shit I have, I didn't have anything like that. It's lightweight and keeps me dry even in the rain. The length is great (not too long, not too short). Fits good. I love the hood and it was exactly as described. My ONLY complaint is that one side is already missing a latch. I don't usually wear my coats buttoned up and I can probably fix that easily. I wasn't paying attention, so I don't know if that's how it happened or if I did it somehow. Even if I had, I don't think it should have started so early. I'm not particularly rough with my clothes and have only had them for a few weeks.
