This is the second pair of these pants I've bought. Why? Because my son is so slim, I can't find pants that fit around his small waist. They do their job. I will say the length is JUST enough. He is allowed to wear high sneakers with his school uniform, otherwise the length could be questionable. BUT they fit around his waist and I don't have to adjust the waist and there is a bunch of fabric around his crotch. We use them as school uniform pants so they get washed about twice a week and so far they've held up pretty well. I have no doubt they will last a full year. They are life savers and the pants
