Overall not a bad filing cabinet BUT the main issue is the brackets used for the drawers. They have cheap plastic clasps which gave me a lot of constant problems (see picture). The top brackets of the cabinet broke first, I applied heavy duty glue which temporarily fixed the problem. After a few weeks, the bracket came loose completely, and another bracket broke due to imbalance. The same thing just happened on the middle box. I've had this cabinet for a little over a year and decided to do what the manufacturer was supposed to do in the beginning, which was to replace those poor quality plastic brackets with metal brackets. Went to the local hardware store, grabbed some angle brackets/L brackets, removed the original unnecessary plastic brackets, drilled in some new ones, and done. Bottom line, this should be used, a very inexpensive upgrade from a production standpoint, resulting in a better, more durable, and more reliable product.
