Overall it's a good product, simple design and small enough not to be overpowering no matter where you put it. It was easy to load incense sticks, just toss them in a plastic pill container or glass jar and let them soak. My only minor gripe is that I don't notice any appreciable odor in my car until I turn on some sort of forced air blower, be it A/C/heating/or just cold air. It may be my fault, I'm still trying to get the mix right. As soon as I turn on the fan in the car you can smell it, but the smell isn't overwhelming.
