Review on 🐱 JOYO Cat Window Perch: Strong Suction Cups, Weighted up to 40lb, Safety & Space-Saving Indoor Cat Hammock by Mike Schmidt

This is a very nice item with a solid heavy platform. The problem is that the suction cup doesn't hold. The product has been applied to a clean, dry window according to the instructions. However, this perch fell on him with my cat and hit her, causing her to have some sort of internal bleeding issue where she started pooping blood and squealing in pain. We have taken her to the vet and she is on medication which hopefully will help and I will pick her up tomorrow. This item has caused serious harm to my cat and I do not recommend using it. The force of the object falling on her ripped her pelvis from her spine. She will be on pain medication and will unfortunately be confined in a kennel for 6-8 weeks until she recovers. so it doesn't happen again. I think the suction cups need to be checked, or maybe the owner needs to check the tightness of the suction cup several times a day? I'm not sure. I really feel like the customer service team cares and want to make sure this doesn't happen again with another cat. They refunded my purchase and also sent my cat a soft bed in hopes of relieving her pain during her recovery; which I found very nice. I don't think this company was negligent and they really care. I want this whole situation to never happen.
