These belts are quite well made. They're woven, after all, so the material itself is durable and can take a lot, including washing down. My only issue with the strap is the metal plug right at the end of the tail. It seemed to be the only thing keeping it from wearing out so I had to tape the material to get it back into shape, trim the hem and reassemble the belt when I had time, but the belt was starting to wear out. Even if you are lazy, it will take you some time. Overall it's pretty good for how cheap it is, just wish they had a pin in the metal on the tail to make it stronger.
