We introduced this to my baby at 6 months old.
We introduced it to my 6 month old baby. She's two years old and she still loves this thing and won't fall asleep without it (we have a spare in case she loses it!). It's small enough if you don't have to worry about choking at such a young age, and when they get older and want to take it with them everywhere, it's small enough that it won't be a burden on a diaper bag!
