The only thing I think could be improved is the durability of the nylon. Although it's great. It seems cheap from the start, but after some use it's clearly quality. Nylon's texture and finish will change after wear. At first it looks like a thin shiny plastic. After a little wear it looks like a decent rubber. They are great for picking; They were originally recommended to me by a colleague. I've found them to last 2 weeks with semi-intensive use. Not counting breaks and lunch or prep time. You probably come into contact with cardboard, plastic, random wooden pallets, or reach for a jack 3,000 to 4,000 times a day. So it's about 30,000 before they get holes. But I also use them when part of the nylon wears out. They would be great for picking if they had a little ratchet strap.
