Received this because I snapped the original display cable on reshell. This replacement looks great. The screwdriver is NOT triangular, just a precision Phillips screwdriver. As can be seen in the photo, the package does not include speakers or a screen protector (other than the one used for shipping). Soldering the speaker wire was very easy, there are even small positive/negative marks on the wire. I also lightly soldered the attached sheet of copper (not included with this shield) to the back of the original shield as I assume it was the ground wire. TL; DR: looks like a new factory sieve, not disappointed in the screwdriver three-wing.
