I have a very small waist. It is almost impossible to find an x-small back brace. When I read that this brace even fits an 18" waist I was so hopeful that I could finally wear a support brace. UNFORTUNATELY if you downsize it to a smaller size the excess material will collect in the back and cause a lot of discomfort .There is no way to manipulate this to eliminate the thickening.So I'm back to where I started to find back support.
