Review on Ethnadore Vintage Oxidized Bracelet Jewelry by Matt Larsen

Jewelry in a cheap gift box.

I'm reviewing Ethnador Boho Vintage Gypsy Tribal Indian Oxidized Silver Hamsa Hand of Fatima Lucky Charm Chain Bracelet Jewelry except it's a different pattern. I have the Tree of Life design, not Fatima's hand. Apparently they are all accounted for on this page. At the risk of stating the obvious, the title is ridiculous. It's not exactly vintage. And the only thing gypsy/tribal/native is the looks. I don't think it's actually silver, they mean silver. Or maybe they wanted to fool you. I always agree with them and assume they just squeezed every word they could think of into the headline so it popped up in a lot of searches. The bracelet's appearance is cute and reminds me of belly dance jewelry. It is designed for a small wrist and the locking mechanism is minimal. There is no ring to attach the clasp to, so you may need someone to help you. (Of course, if you can afford a personal assistant, you'll need more expensive jewelry.) To get back to the title, some people are offended by the word "gypsy." This refers to the gypsies believed to have originated in Egypt 400 years ago, giving rise to the word. There are articles about whether the word can still be used, and even people coming from that group disagree. It came in a white box that looks like a gift box but is made out of very thin cardboard. Might be suitable as a gift for a child. It's like a husband is shopping in a store at 11pm when he suddenly realizes it's your birthday the next day. The box says "EthnAdore Glittering Bond of Love", so it might not be a good gift for most people. With a better locking system and box, everything would be fine.
