You get what you pay for
I looked at several options for this type of ice storage and they were the cheapest so I bought them. With that in mind, I wasn't surprised or disappointed that the materials used appear fairly cheap, particularly the fretboards, which are made from very thin sheet steel and seem to suffer from poor quality control. 1 latch out of 10 full latches was assembled in such a way that when closing, one side of the hook popped out, maybe bending this hook can fix this.
