I use this hat when I run. I live in California and by 8 or 9 in the morning the temp is already 80+. I like that it allows me to stretch my cock. No, you won't win fashion awards with it. I wear a long-sleeved running shirt and pants. I used to just use sunscreen and a baseball cap with no ponytail. I was sweating from sunscreen and still got freckles, and the exposed part of my chest was turning color above my shirt collar. I've found that the most effective way to reduce sun damage to skin is through clothing, not sunscreen. This hat protects my face/neck/ears and I am very happy with it.
