I bought these lights in August 2019. I placed them in a sealed outdoor address tag and mounted the panel to the pole. The shield was removed in early November and hibernated. Reinstalled April. Initially the flashlights worked but stopped working mid June 2020, that's about 4 months of use. I disconnected the battery case and checked the battery voltage with a multimeter and found the voltage was around 2 volts, should be 3.5 volts to power the headlights. I jumped the battery to 9 volts and the lights came on straight away so I know the problem is with the battery/charger. I cleaned the panel and put it in direct sunlight for a full day, then checked the voltage again, still 2 volts and no light. I've tried to find out if there is a replacement battery but to no avail. Very disappointed with this product.
