I needed to replace a toiletry bag that I felt was too big for my new suitcase. I have everything that was in my old bag in this new bag. That was criterion number one. Second, I wanted a hanging bag. Often my husband and I stay in small places where there is almost no counter in the bathroom. I don't think this hook will fit around a shower rod but of course it will hang from a towel hook. I think I'll really like the 4/5 separate pockets, especially the see-through front pockets. For real. Check out other bags like this, some have solid fronts. It would drive me crazy. I put small items (bandages, clippers, sanding board, sewing kit, soiled wipes, tweezers, etc.) in a separate top pocket, soap, toothbrush, talcum powder, razor, cotton swabs, dental floss, and deodorant—in the next pocket I have all three of my round brushes , as well as two normal hair combs (travel size) and a hairbrush. Of course you can't ask for all that, but it will last. In the last section, which closes with a zipper, I apply my make-up. That way when my husband is in the bathroom I can use the mirror in the room. I've been working to keep things flat. I'm happy with it, at least I think so. I won't be using it until May.
