Not much compression .
This is very light, difficult to get on and has very little compression. The hooks are almost impossible to latch. I was looking for more back support but this gives none.

- Fits good but size should have went with a size smaller
Cons
- Tends to roll up or bunch up during wear, causing a constantly readjusting fit

This item receives three stars because I bought it in an extra-large and I can barely fit it over my head because the compression material was so tight. It was a struggle to put my arms through it, so it would seem that you have to order one to two sizes up. Once it was on, the girdle/corset thing was helpful, except that you cannot adjust it like velcro. At least with something adjustable you can move it as you lose or gain weight. I have purchased many compression undergarments but this is not one I would recommend.
