It is rare that you get the satisfaction of a company that guarantees you will be completely satisfied with their product. I first ordered this strap because I wanted something that would allow me to use the Galaxy S3's underwater functionality. I thought that with such a price and build it would be perfect. I also thought the screw holding the two pieces together was amazing. The downside to this is that it actually hurts to take it off to charge daily while trying to put it on every morning. Just something to be aware of as the screw is what made me make this purchase. The good thing is that at least I can be sure it won't fall off my wrist. Also, what I didn't notice in the picture is that there are two patches of glue on each wrist to keep the nylon closed. It's more of a cosmetic thing, but knowing what it was bothered me a bit. I also had the problem that my wrist was too small for the strap. Since I don't usually need a compass, I thought it would be nice to get people thinking. However, I am a wild adventure lover, but for a long time thought it was broken. I realized that it can only be used properly if the compass is worn in front of the wrist and not closer to the body. With these issues I contacted customer service and was amazed at how easily they were able to fix it. After I contacted them, they did everything possible to solve my problem and offered me their nylon sports band to solve my problems. Of course, I really like the new group. It is well made and fits perfectly. The assembly is tough and a much better replacement. I can highly recommend both harnesses, but the version with the sports harness gets a higher rating. They may be more expensive than other Revain bracelets, but you are paying for a quality product and exceptional customer service. I will definitely buy again.
