This is not a shoulder bag

The case itself is good value, well made for the price and fits my iPhone Se perfectly. But the strap is a different story. It's not a shoulder strap at all. I'm 67.5 inches tall and this strap fits in my purse at its longest extension at chest level or just below. Makes the bag uncarryable. Finding a container and navigating the return process for such a cheap item is a hassle. It came in a much larger box with other items.
