Review on ๐Ÿ“ธ YONGNUO YN-568EX II High-Performance TTL Flash Speedlite Compatible with Canon E-TTL/E-TTL II Cameras by Puggzy Wallin

Revainrating 5 out of 5

For the price it works very well.

Seems like a great alternative to the Cannon Speedlight. I've found it to not be able to recycle super fast with the high output power of high-end professional flashes, but for me it works very well at this price point. I can see other pros really set on taking 5+ flash burst shots while I only get a few. You know people who carry around a large power supply. The plastic diffuser on top scared me a bit and I couldn't adjust the zoom. Finally found a solution to the problem in the instructions. Otherwise I had no problems. I use it often with the Fstoppers flash drive and get very good results. Yes it will be a bit underexposed but I find it easy to compensate. I also bought Yongnuo remote triggers and love them. A great way to take family photos with me in the photo. However, it would have been better if I had a third remote trigger for the flash to pop up by itself with a soft umbrella. Edit December 28, 2015: I'm still very happy with this flash. I keep bumping into other pros with the same torch. None of them have serious claims. I have flash interference, but reading the manual for a similar Yongnuo flash I found that they recommend 1/8th power or less for continuous flash. Now that I know, I want to try and see what "really" works. People already tend to go crazy with how many photos I can take very quickly, but it can be fun and rewarding. I see so many closed eyes or open mouths in photos that when you click on a bunch it becomes pretty funny and you get great reactions at the end. I use rechargeable batteries that suit me.
