I bought this pillow because I'm one that sleeps on my sides. Never could sleep on my stomach or even on my back and after my rotator cuff repair (shoulder surgery)I needed some comfort and reliable relief to get through the night. I can position this pillow conveniently to give myself a better sleep most times. It's gotten me through many of nights. I also like to just position however if lying around in the bed watching television, which is just about as good as a regular old bed pillow. The case cover comes off so that it can be laundered which is nice too.
