The stand is small enough to fit in my limited space.
The wine rack has no back so if you pull the rack out - like I do from underneath the cupboard in the hallway - the bottles could fall off. Also, a metal stand can scratch a ceramic floor or marble countertop when moved; I added felt strips at the bottom to avoid this potential problem.
