The ease of finding interesting work that matches your skillset, plus having access to new companies in my city helps me keep up with what's going down locally! I dislike how many times they have been hacked or had their site taken over by hackers which causes them to shut down temporarily until it gets fixed. It makes you feel as if there are not enough options out there when searching for jobs because we rely so heavily upon this platform! We use UH daily across all our channels (live online classes, blog posts etc.) but especially during COVID where social distancing rules make keeping regular meetings impossible - hence why we've found using an app like Zoom very helpful!
