The mount was easy to assemble. My 32" monitor easily attached to the arm mount. Once the monitor is attached to the bracket, simply attach it with a screw to secure the monitor. Adjusting the lever for the appropriate tension to hold the screen was easy. The base table mount is solid with a solid piece of metal. My only suggestion is to make the tabletop taller to accommodate a deeper table, like a desk that can be used as a table.
