This product has worked wonders for my baby. I use it with cloth diapers. I apply it at night as a barrier cream to prevent night time diaper rash. He never had a nighttime diaper rash while using this remedy. If he gets a diaper rash from not changing a dirty diaper fast enough, I apply it liberally to the rash. I immediately begin to see a reduction in the rash. The rash disappeared after several consecutive uses. If the rash is due to a fungal infection or has become very severe, I switch to a doctor-prescribed product and disposable diapers.
