I didn't know there were such small freezers. I've tried different types of heat exchangers over the years and they were able to get the temperature down to around 50 degrees. This little freezer went slightly below "0" ZERO, minus 4 degrees. Too cold for a fridge, but I can set it to 39 degrees if I sleep in a motel that doesn't have a fridge. Works quietly. I go grocery shopping, put ice in it so I don't have to walk home until the ice melts. When deciding what size to buy I wanted a larger capacity, but for convenience the smaller one is more comfortable for me at 20lbs and can take a lot. I had a problem registering this fridge. I spoke to Patrick from customer service. Extremely patient, I have Parkinson's and although I seem slow I think quickly, often the support team is impatient and hangs up, Patrick was great and sorted out check-in issues. I highly recommend this fridge freezer.
