I have worked with AMAZON for decades and have always been delighted. But now they're getting too big and haven't put in place a meaningful process to protect against seller fraud in my opinion. One of the biggest problems is the lies about leather goods. Vegan leather is NOT leather like PU leather, which is easy to remember because it stinks like in Peee Uuuuu. These sellers believe that if we, the customer, are buying real leather and want real leather, they can get away with false advertising or missing an important description. Fortunately, the IVTG is NOT one of these providers. Against this background, I am positively surprised by IVTG. I bought some genuine leather items. Not only that, they endorsed their product. I bought the bag a few months ago and then the zipper broke. I then said that for the $150 I paid I would ask for the handbag to last for years, not just months. They understood my request and sent me a new one after a "conversation". I didn't have to return the other one but had to throw it away anyway as the compartments open on the side instead of the top of the bag. I had a problem with another bag I bought. It opens unless I put very few items in the bag, but IVTG has stated that this is not a design flaw. I think it would be better to have a latch, zipper or something that folds over the top of the bag and snaps into place. The handbag needs to stay flat to stay closed like tissue paper. I love the handbag but can't use it. The IVTG once again relied on their product. I then bought a few more items from them and LOVED them, especially the stunning green and purple handbag. So I will continue to buy IVTG leather goods and recommend them to everyone, they are a great seller. ________________________________ I love the wallet and the great skin apart from 1 HUGE flaw. The zipper broke after 6 months and for $150 it should last for years or even a lifetime. I love their products but I had a similar issue with the white wallet I bought where the magnetic closures are weak and you walk around with the wallet wide open. To make matters worse I can't contact the seller to get a replacement as they say. They support their product. Hence 1 star for now. If they contact me and replace the product with a working one, I'll increase my rating to 4 or 5 stars. So if you only see 1 star, you know they don't endorse their product and buyers should beware. It's a shame because the wallet structure is really well thought out.
