Our 19 year old cat loves it. Because of stage III CKD, he needs a low-phosphate diet. It's quite difficult to find a brand that is lightweight and easily accessible. He doesn't like the wet version of his prescription food and wasn't a huge fan of other brands I've bought that fall in the "safe" zone for his consumption. I was lucky enough to find this and other Weruva fragrances for sale at a small pet store. I brought home a few packages and didn't expect him to like them, but dammit, I was wrong. From this (pink bag) he grabbed his first plate with more enthusiasm than he had in a long time. Since the pet store where I found the pouches is quite a distance from our house and they are not available online, I am very glad I was able to find them at Revain. The price is comparable (I paid $1.89 for a pack at the pet store) and each pack contains two meals for our old man. Since we've been giving him these and other Weruva scents, he's finally recovered a bit and is more like the old man. He seems to like mixed seafood flavors more than non-seafood flavors. He had no digestive problems and surprisingly his breath didn't smell like fish at all after eating this food. This may have been due to the higher quality of the product or the different ingredients, but whatever it is, we're not complaining! it's harder for him to eat (I use herb scissors to chop it up for him. yes he's spoiled). Reusable bags would be nice too, but that's certainly not an impediment.
