That's a great bag! It has plenty of room and I love the flexibility of the shoulder strap. I prefer backpacks because of shoulder pain, but the strap makes it easy to use as a crossbody bag. I thought it would be so useless (because it comes loose) but I don't mind leaving it. There is so much space in it that I didn't even use all the pockets. I take it with me when I travel and use it as a handbag every day. I can easily transport my Surface Go and accessories. For quick trips I can attach a diaper bag instead of the diaper bag. The material is soft so it doesn't hold a specific shape. Absolutely not hard. Wonderful bag. Excellent price. I think I need more flowers!
