Review on Baggallini Crossbody Bag by Renee Patterson

I bought this small efficient holdall. The day before departure, the clasp attaching the shoulder strap to the bag came loose and the bag fell to the ground. Luckily I was at the local pharmacy and not on the streets of Italy. Since I didn't have time for returns or exchanges, I bought two small TSA locks to attach the strap to my bag at either end. Unfortunately, now that I'm home, I've missed the return deadline. I love this bag, except for one very annoying trait - it's not reliable at all. I have to stick with TSA heavy duty zippers which are heavy and clumsy and will look for another brand of anti-theft bags as I don't trust Baggallini zippers now.
