It's so ugly in my rating.
It's so ugly it's even cute! My 5 year old loves this dress! At first I was afraid to give my grandmother permission to buy it, but I thought, what's wrong with my daughter choosing her disgusting cat headdress herself? And I'm glad I did! It's much cuter in person and fits my daughter well. Good length too.
