I returned the first one because the loop sewn into the hem of the bag, which is attached to the strap with a metal buckle, tore after the first use. Received a second one quickly and the same thing happened but after using it a few times. Otherwise, I like the handbag very much, so I sewed the loop myself. It looks like the bottom loop that holds the long strap isn't sewn deep enough into the bag's seam. The bag is very spacious for its size and the material is very durable. I decided to keep it because of these things, but I had to sew some things myself, so I'm only giving it 2 stars for its durability. Remember. I didn't put anything heavy in it. At this angle, the strap pulls on that connection loop, which slowly wears out and pulls out of the wallet seam.
