I probably wouldn't recommend buying these if you travel often/further than a few miles at a time. I decided to use the shoe selection tool on the Brooks website to select a new pair of shoes that better suited my current running program (sidewalk/middle distance runs of 5-8 miles) and ended up with these. They fit well and are comfortable when I'm wearing them casually, but not so much when I'm actually walking in them. They are good for the first mile or 2 and then get progressively more uncomfortable on my feet. At first I thought it was because they needed breaking in, but I've taken them on numerous runs and nothing has changed. I also tried to give them reason to doubt and blamed my socks (although they were fine in other running shoes) and that didn't help either.
