Fantastic customer service!

The black ink worked great but I had a problem with the color ink cartridge. The support rep explained that it was a bad batch and they were very helpful in fixing the issue! I know there are occasional issues with replacement cartridges (of any brand) so I'm glad I found a company that stands behind their products. I am pleasantly surprised and will not hesitate to buy products from this brand in the future!
