I really wanted this but it's not very good and worst of all when I opened it it had tiny bugs on it. Disgustingly, I sprayed Lysol on whatever I was lucky enough to have nearby. I don't think I got them all as I saw a few on the bench I was sitting on and the shoes that were just under the bench. I'm disgusted because I spotted this item in my house and hence brought these bugs with me. It's also more of a decoration as it doesn't feel big or strong enough for a regular towel, which is what I wanted it for. Very disappointing. The wood is also untreated and definitely cannot withstand a steam bath. It comes in pieces and you have to screw on the shelves, which are basically just one big piece of wood and two small ones.
