It was a very pleasant surprise. I had low expectations given the affordable price but it was the perfect place to store my kitchen essentials. We have very little storage space so most of our pots, pans and gadgets sit on one of these wire racks. I hung it on the side for pot lids and such and it fits perfectly. The assembly was very easy thanks to the high-quality fittings. I recently received another wire basket like this one and it only came with zip ties for mounting. But it had good screws to hold it together and was very quick to assemble. I love how flexible it can be used. I was thinking of just using two bins on a wire shelf and hanging one on the front door for the mail. In the end I decided to keep them together, but I was glad to be able to choose. The boards slide off easily when you don't want to use them (I didn't use them) and I didn't even have to drill holes as they came with hooks so I just hooked them all the way up. shelf side. One downside is that the baskets are a bit flat. Because of the angled opening, it looks like it can hold more than it actually does. My lids don't quite fit, and neither does our small supply of paper plates. I don't mind that, but if you want something very deep with lots of capacity, this might not be your winner. I just wanted a more convenient way to organize the rack so it doesn't bother me. Another downside is that I couldn't get it with a chrome finish that would suit it better. This block is great for potatoes, onions, kitchen gadgets, lunchtime snacks, etc.
