Review on 👩 Women's Timex Dress Analog Bracelet Watches by Kelly Zitzner

I bought this watch 3 months ago and have worn it less than 10 times. I recently wore a watch with a black background on the face and noticed that at some point the glass coating had fallen off. I couldn't find a protective glass for the dial and called the company and they told me I would have to send the watch back at my own expense. I will not be taking this step as I feel I don't have to spend money and time traveling to the post office, especially with the ongoing coronavirus situation, to mail the watch back. Good customer service would be if they sent me a replacement glass cover or offered to send me another watch. I will consider other brands for future watch purchases.
