I had a small issue with my bag, the leather was peeling, a tiny blemish on the front (if it was on the bottom I wouldn't worry) and they sent me a brand new one within a week. a pleasure to deal with Jenny. Yes! I love my bag! Really well put together and worth every penny! I like that there are internal compartments and I like the anti-theft pocket on the back. The straps are very strong and give you enough length. I like it so much that I ordered it in brown. There was also a cute little card inside that comes with a one year quality guarantee which is really great!
