monkey hands! Does NOT work on small ones. I wear a medium size but bought the large size based on the reviews that it ran small. I sent it back and received it on Wednesday. It fits well - I'm 38 - I wear a 38 jacket - the sleeves are ridiculously long. I took the shirt to the seamstress to have it shortened. I won't do it again. too expensive. The fabric is more like what tent flies are made of, creases and creases easily, and it takes a cotton-and-steam setting and plenty of ironing time to iron out the creases. I probably won't buy another one, but if I do I'll take a size smaller (small) than my size.
