I bought two: one for me and one for my husband. They fit according to the seller's size grid. We thought they were very well made when we got them. We took them with us on vacation. I wear mine every day. My husband started wearing it every day but now he wears it every other day. However, I already have a problem; It's a strap that goes under the arm. A small metal support is sewn into the fabric in front of the armpit. The material was torn and the metal part was sticking out. We also wish they were about 2 inches longer in the back, and the Velcro in the front moved down about an inch (or just added an extra 1 inch). We both noticed how they keep our chests warm which is very nice in such cold weather. We both noticed on the first day how severe the armpit pain was after about 2 hours. We weakened them and it helped. After that we started to loosen each day and then tightened a little bit each day until we reached a comfort point with good support. I am torn between recommending or not.
