Perfect, just what I hope. It's not too big but fits a laptop. I love the internal laptop pocket which has some light padding and elastic velcro to keep it in place. It's also super cute and goes with everything - I get compliments all the time! I can put a lot in a bag and still close it. I wish the bottom was a little firmer so it's possible to get up I've been using the bag every day for about a month and a half, I take it to work and I haven't seen any signs of wear!
