This bra is 100% adjustable. I'm 245 pounds, 5ft 7" tall and weigh 40g. I ordered in 42G to ensure there was room for comfort as some sports bras have too much compression. This bra fits well and is 100% comfortable. i wear it Bras usually dig into my shoulders or have very thin straps. The straps of this bra are wide and comfortable. They do not cause pain or bruising. Remember - it has 4 hooks at the back (at a minimum of 42G), the straps are adjustable at the back like a traditional bra, and you have extra control over breast lifting/squeezing by adjusting the cups both in the front and asymmetrically , and the ability to adjust the cups at the front made for a wonderful fit. Note: The elastic at the bottom is a good 2 inches long. When I first put the bra on I did it without any adjustments and found the band very uncomfortable. Wear it a bit to see what needs adjusting and then adjust both sets of straps, it was comfortable and didn't cause any problems. The higher you set the cups in the front, the more compression you get for different activities. I wear a bra for sports and everyday activities. I plan to buy more. Have fun shopping!
